  • Automatic transmission

I am sick of taking my car to the shop for the same reason over and over again. When i am driving down the road my transmission starts to jerk my car. They told me first there was no problem because they couldn't get it to act up when they drove it. I told them exactly what to do they just had to drive between 30 or 45 mph hour and it automatically sets it off. Then they told me it was the torque converters locking up. Get my car back guess what its still not fixed. Take it back again they say that it is fixed. Do they think I enjoy taking my car to the shop! Then, I drop it off again and they tell me that it was the transmission computer chip and they put a new one in. Guess what, its still not fixed. I was on the interstate ramp one day and tried to speed up to get on interstate and it wouldn't go. I told them about this they just act like I am an idiot. I know I am a female but anyone should know that when you put the gas pedal down your car should speed up duh!!! i also own another vehicle that is four years older than this one and when I stay at the same speed it doesn't jerk me forward like this pontiasc g5 does. I bought this car for the warranty but what good does it do if they don't fix the problem.
