This was the first time the car just stopped running while driving down the road. It was towed to the garage and they said they found that the harness looked like it had been fixed before. The mechanics messed with the harness a little and the car started. A week later it did the same thing. Had the car towed again, this lasted about 2 weeks then it happened again. Had the car towed again, this time it was in the garage about 2 days while they kept it to see if it would act up. I drove it from the garage down the road a mile and a half and it did it again. It was towed back. The mechanics changed a pin in the harness this time, and it seemed to do the trick. Well now it is doing it again. When it dies I can sometimes crawl under the in front of the passenger side rear tire and the harness plug by the fuel tank is right there, if i play with it and then get back in the car it will start. There seems to be no fix for this!? I am fed up and after only owning the car for 4 months I am ready to cut my losses and get rid of it. I bought the car at the end of November and did not own it for a week before it started acting up. I thought I was buying a reliable car, and now I am afraid to pull it out of the driveway.

Well I'll be driving down the road and it just dies like it runs out of gas even though I keep the tank pretty much on a full tank. It has been in the shop a couple of times and they say they can't find anything wrong with it. Cause when they have it, it never dies on them and they don't want to take the time and search for the problem. We have told them about a recall on the PCM and cause the recall was in 2008 they don't want to do anything to it. I thought a recall was a recall no matter what. It is not safe to drive and our only option is to give the car back. I love the car but it is not safe for my husband and I to drive. It just seems like no one will listen. So I will just give up my car. I've only had the car since August and the only problem I have is that it dies on me while driving. And that sucks!!
