When starting the car it won't fire unless you press the gas pedal down. Even without pressing the gas pedal while it is trying to start you can smell gas. When it does get fired the engine is reving at 3000 rpm for a few minutes and goes down back down to normal. It seems like it is flooding itself on start up.
