Headlights lenses are not bonded correctly resulting in water collecting in the headlights. This caused the headlamp to fog which reduced the amount of illumination. The left headlamp had fallen off.

Consumer noticed that the lense had fallen off drivers side headlight. Consumer states when water gets behind lense it causes the light to short out. Consumer feels this is dangerous because cover could fly off on the highway and distracted another driver vision and cause an accident.
