problem #2

Grand Prix GXT 3.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 200,000 miles

I could not turn my vehicle off because the key was stuck in the switch in the on position. I had to raise the hood, disconnected the battery cable to cut the vehicle off, and I had to leave the doors unlocked. Every time I drove this car, which went on for four days until I took the car to the shop and paid almost $300 to have a new switch put in. I would like to get that money back with interest.
