Consumer purchased the vehicle in September 2004. He noticed that the headlights shook when driving at night which cut down on visibility. Consumer has had vehicle to dealer three times, and dealer stated that all that type vehicles were the same. Consumer went to another dealer and found that they were not all having the same problem. When the consumer went to the dealer, where he purchased the vehicle from, he was shown 10 or so other vehicles that were like his and they all had loose headlight assemblies, but when the consumer went to other dealers to see if problem was with all Grand Prix he noticed that all the vehicles he looked at were free of this problem. Consumer was not sure of how this is possible. Vehicle was purchased at union Pontiac in union, New Jersey. Other dealers where the consumer looked at were free of problems such as difeo Pontiac, jersey city, New Jersey. The consumer was shown by the dealer that problem is the headlight assembly was loose in the vehicle causing the headlights to vibrate while driving. Dealer said that they did not know how to fix the problem.
