: the contact stated while attempting to open the driver side sliding door, it fell off the top and bottom track. The dealership has been alerted and is making the necessary repairs. The manufacturer has not been alerted.

The van was not equipped with a warning sensor to indicate when the sliding door was closing. This resulted in toddler's foot being trapped in the sliding door when it was closed. The toddler only sustained a scratch because he was wearing winter boots at the time of the incident.

Driver side power sliding door alarm goes off while being closed. The door will not always open. The door does not shut and the vehicle allows you to drive with it in the open position. All 4 tires had bubbles all 4 tires were replaced.
