I purchased a 2009 Pontiac Vibe from a car dealer name Sheehan located in Lighthouse Point, Federal Hwy in Florida. I paid the dealer twenty thousand dollars cash. I did not notice at the time there was 400 mile on the car and a two-inch scratch in the front of the car. I went back and complained and everyone’s answer was “Oh well you bought it, to bad”. BUYERS BE WARE!!

1. When I purchased the car, I did not know it had 405 miles on it. I did not know car dealers were allowed to sell a brand new car with that many miles on it. I feel this was very underhanded on the dealer’s part.

Let it be known car insurance considers a new car with less than 100 miles, at the time of purchase. I purchased the car at Sheehan Autoplex Dealer, 2800 N. Federal Hwy. Lighthouse Point, FL 33064. My brother from Pennsylvania sent them an over night check. His mistake was telling the dealer my sister does not know anything about buying a new car. Therefore, my brother did all the negotiating. I just signed the papers, stupid me.

2. It was raining the day I purchased the car. I did not notice the two inch scratch on the front of the car. Because the car dealer used touch-up paint to cover up the two inch scratch.

3. I asked the dealer to remove the Sheehan sticker they put on the back of my car. They used a heat gun to remove there name from the back of my car. Again it was raining I did not notice the guy scratched the paint where he took the sticker off.
