unintended acceleration unintended acceleration unintended acceleration

I was driving coming out of my driveway at very low speed planning to turn left into the street. The car did not turn, instead it accelerated unexpectedly surging forward. I hit the brakes and nothing happened, it kept going, went over the grass and hit the house ahead of it, crashed the fence and walls.

The car is totaled and Porsche is investigating , have not heard from them yet .

Update from Feb 4, 2016: Forget to mention with all the damages to the house and the car the air bags did not deployed. Have not heard from Porsche till now 2/4/2016 .

unintended acceleration

accelerated while braking

I was driving up my driveway very slowly (less than 5 mph), planning to make a 90-degree left turn into my garage. As I reached the corner of the house, the car suddenly surged forward. I was NOT applying the accelerator. I hit the brakes and nothing happened. I STOOD on the brakes but the car kept going, hit my garbage cans and ran over them, knocked the fence down and finally stopped in my back yard. I am not sure if the brakes finally engaged or if damage to the underside of the car caused it to stop. I immediately reported it to Porsche, who sent someone from their main U.S. office to check it out. I gave him the pictures and videos that show the car was laying down rubber while traveling at a low rate of speed (I couldn't post the video here because it's not on YouTube). Porsche says there is "no evidence" that the car was not "operating as designed." They have not told me what this decision is based on or what it thinks happened.
