The contact owns a 2012 Ram 1500. When the vehicle was started, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the exhaust manifold. The vehicle was taken to lbj of louisburg (1188 us highway 401 South, louisburg, nc 27549, 919-752-3921) where the contact was informed that the bolts on the manifold were fractured and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 100,017. The VIN was not available.
