The tailpipe fell off. I called the dealer where I purchase the truck and talked to the service guy, he told me to bring it down on Feb. 16 when I HAD a warranty appointment. In the meantime the muffler fell off and wedged between the ground and the bed lifting the rear of truck about 6". I had to back the truck up to get it out. The muffler was wedged between the bed and ground. It bent the bed up about 4". When I took the truck to the dealer, I had the muffler but could not find the tail pipe, have no idea when it fell off. The dealer would not warranty the exhaust or the damage to the bed because I could not find the tail pipe. I think my loss is around $2500 for the exhaust and the damage to the bed.

I told the service manager at Olathe, Ksthat I wanted to be there when the service rep. showed up the next day. I also called the next morning to see if the Chrysler rep. had got there yet. He had not, I told service guy not to forget to call me because I wanted to talk to him. The dealer called me at 3:30 pm and told me to get the truck, the warranty will not cover it. I asked the service manager why he did not call me when the rep. got there and he said he did not know I wanted to be there. I called him a liar because I told him personally the day before and again that morning. He denied everything. I blew my top because I don't lie and he lied to me. I called him every name in the book and told him I had better not see him when I pick up my truck. He must of skedaddled cause he was nowhere to be seen when I picked up my truck. I hate and despise liars.
