vibration at 50 mph in steering wheel &floor board

The service Advisor at the dealership said I should call Chrysler Him and a service said that Chrysler had a transmission problem that year and they was putting the 5th one in a truck now I- do not think I should have to be doing his DAM JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update from Dec 22, 2016: cheifland dealer ship said they did a software up date to the transmission, put I still have the vibration , now they said it is flat spots on the tires and I should take it a goodyear tire store, because the 1 year tire warrenty is up by 1month. 6000 miles now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update from Dec 22, 2016: took the 1500 RAM in for a free oil change and they wreaked the rightside of it, 1265.00 $ damage and didn't tell me about it.but I seen it before I left there, they jerked me around for about 3 weeks be it got fixed cheifland dodge dealership is not good on service after the sale!
