The contact stated that the rear window frame fractured and caused water to penetrate the vehicle and damaged the wires located in the driver-€™s side rear passenger-€™s seat and rear passenger-€™s side seat. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The mechanic replaced the rear window frame unit and glass. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 49,500.
