Recall need issued immediately to replace the leaking rear windows. My window leaked and shorted out a radio frequency part which drains the battery completely dead. Unable to keep the battery charged up

Purchased my all new Ram 1500 in April 2019 from a dealer in Richmond VA. The battery died after I stopped for fuel. Only heard the familiar click click when I tried to restart it. NO WARNING WHATSOEVER!! No warning lights, NOTHING. I called for a battery truck figuring it was the battery and not something else. Well, it was the battery. It should have lasted a minimum of 3 years, and Ram should offer some form of remediation.

Battery died 5 time after using AC for no more than 15 minutes. Took to shop 5 time for them to say battery good. New Ram - it looks bad asking for a jump 5 times. I guest I will have to buy a battery and forget the warranty.
