The contact owns a 2019 Ram 1500. The contact stated that the fuel gauge provided incorrect fuel level information. The contact stated that the fuel gauge showed empty when the fuel tank was full. The vehicle was taken to Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of vacaville (681 orange dr, vacaville, ca 95687), and was diagnosed with a defective fuel pump. The contact was informed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was in the process of being repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided a case number.
