Ram dropped out of gear while stopped, could not accelerate. "D" light on shifter knob was blinking and message on dash said to put the shifter into Drive. Dealer could not find anything wrong. Happened twice and each time dealer did not know what the problem was.
Update from Jul 12, 2022: Sometimes when stopping it lurches into 1st gear
Update from Apr 28, 2023: When the truck is cold, approximately 1 mile away braking at a stop sign the truck seems to shift into a different gear, but it does not change on the gear indicator. the truck surges and I have to apply more brake pressure to stop.
