The radio screen has delaminating which causes random pushing of buttons on the display. This is a known issue with dodge radios and has been labeled as -??ghost screen-??. This is a major concern during the day as well at night while trying to drive. The distraction from the constant screen changing is a major concern. It is unavoidable to focus on the screen instead of the road while this is happening. Dodge knows of this problem and the repair cost is unaffordable. I feel for the safety of drivers and people on the road, this needs to be addressed. I have videos of this occurring but am not able to upload videos, only photos which do not show the event happening. I would like the chance to be contacted so I can share the video of this happening to express my concern, as well as the concern of many others. Thank you

8.4 Uconnect (media center) screen delamination causing "ghost touches"/glitches on the touchscreen, which prevent backup camera from functioning. While backing up, camera randomly turns off or switches to a separate cargo camera. Backup camera often remains on while driving forward. Ghost touching also cause random phone calls and emergency phone calls, which cause a distraction to driving. According to simple Google search, 8.4 Uconnect screen delamination appears to be a common problem even on low-mileage vehicles. Manufacturer/dealer will not replace outside of warranty.

Today (sunny, 65 degrees) while driving at 60 mph, on highway 120 in manteca, ca (a 2 lane highway) with no other vehicles around my sunroof spontaneously shattered. The door windows were not open but the rear slider window may have been open. I washed the vehicle earlier this week and dried the windows immediately to avoid water spots and did not notice any cracks in the sunroof. The sunroof has been opened two, maybe three times since purchasing the vehicle in May 2019. The vehicle has 10,800 miles on it. I drove immediately to the dealership and showed them what happened. They stated they've never heard of anything like this before. I called the customer caroline and also reported it with them and I'm supposed to receive a phone call on Monday, March 16.
