The contact owns a 2012 Dodge Ram 3500. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign numbers: 13V529000 and 14V635000 (steering, engine and engine cooling, fuel system, diesel). The contact brought the vehicle to the dealer for the tie rod replacement; however, the VIN showed that the vehicle never received a recall repair. The parts to repair the electrical connectors of the diesel fuel heater were unavailable and the contact stated the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time to repair the recall. The manufacturer was made aware of the issues and referred the contact to NHTSA. The contact had not experienced a failure.
