Periodically while driving, the cab of my Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel Mega Cab 4 wheel drive fills with exhaust fumes. Opening windows etc reduces the condition to a partly tolerable condition until on its own it stops. Then it will be several trips and bang, back again no pattern. Mild headaches result and clothes smell like my lawn mower shed...
