The contact owns a 2018 Ram 3500. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired per an unknown recall to weld the drag nut link. The contact was concerned that the recall remedy would cause the vehicle to not have an alignment performed. The manufacturer was notified and stated that NHTSA was in charge of agreeing to the remedy. The dealer was not contacted. The contact had not experienced a failure.
