Another call to Saturn Corporate. This was most definitely a defect stemming from faulty material composition. No one would listen to my complaints. I'm not an engineer so how would I know about material composition. Well, guess what, it doesn't take an engineer to come to this conclusion, if the guides broke while buckling the seat belt, within one week..I have to ask the question...What is Saturn making the seat belt guides out of? I can't be the only person with this safety problem.
