On my 2006 Saturn Vue I had to replace the entire front breaking system. Plus the master cylinder to the breaking system with less than 44,000 miles on the vehicle. The problem that there no warning system on it at all. The vehicle just stop and would not go at all. It just stop dead. Luckily I was not on the interstate when this happen, because I was just going and it just stop complete and would not move at all. To me that is a safety issue to me. I found out that they know about these issue with the breaking system do not want to do anything about them either. That it involves vehicles from 2004 -2009. Because of them using cheaper products.

This happen on 2 different date. The first that the master cylinder failed and had to be replaced at only 39,111 miles on vehicle on 8/14/2018. Then the thing that happen is the vehicle just stopped and would not go at all. Engine would run but would move until it cooled off then it did it again and the problem was the entire front breaking system had to be replaced because of faulty products used. Brake rotors, brake calipers, hoses and all fluids. The that did not work took another 2 weeks for them redo them again because on going problems has been going with 2004-2009 Saturn's. which cost me around $1214.59.

When you try to stop sometimes pulling up to a redlight or stop sign its like the brake pedal doesnt want to mash down and it takes everything to mash it then it slams you on your head.sometimes it stops fine but once out of every 10 times it keeps going.the car had 107399 miles on it when I bought it in September & the broker replaced the brakes he says.we found a reciept in the dash for having them bled so dont know if they were really replaced or not.

Can not turn on or off passenger side airbag using the button in above the radio and the light on the dashboard turns on every time I put something in the passenger seat. Even if it's a bottle of water my Vue is a V6 automatic with the Honda engine, but the transition between gears is not smooth at all it feels more like it's jerking into gear. When I put my car in park. I'm know one day I'm going to walk up to it and it won't be there because it will have rolled away. My Vue rolls back N forth in park on flat surfaces. So on a hill it's scarry. It rolls more than my old car that didn't even have anti lock breaks. And a lot of the time using the E-break dosnt help all that much

Hitting 2 deer going 60 miles an hour and the passenger air bag never opened. The red light for passenger airbag has been on since we purchased the vehicle. We also have problems with electrical being the dashboard lights always flicker and the left side lights and blinker do the same. We also have had problems with the ignition being the key will not turn over, we have to be very patient and after quite sometime it will finally work after you remove the key several times and try try again. We have had to have brakes done numerous times at least twice a year. I sure do not understand why this vehicle was not on the recall list.

I was backing up my driveway, when the brake light came on and noticed the brake pedal almost to the floor. I looked under the hood and noticed the brake fluid reservoir almost empty. I happen to have a can of dot 3 brake fluid so I filled the reservoir and drove it around the block. Breaking was a little weak, then the brake lights came on again and the brake reservoir was almost empty. Had it towed to the dealer and they said there is a leak in the brake system and have to replace the entire brake system at a cost of $2,300 plus tax.
