My air bags in my seats don't work at all. Neither does my air bag in my wheel. The tires shakes when I drive past 60 and the rims are not safe. This should not happen to my child what if she gets in a accident. The seat belt does not buckle and seat will not go back. 95000 miles and this is rediculious.

My daughter was driving her car down the highway when the car went off the road and rolled at least 3 times her seatbelt did not lock her into place causing her to hit her head numerous time during the crash. She died at the scene of blunt force trauma to the head with over 15 cuts and bruises to her head and face. This car was never safety tested for rollovers and the seatbelts only meet minimum requirements, if the car would have had the pretension installed on the seatbelt to lock her into place my daughter would still be alive. There were four other passengers in her car and their seatbelts all locked and they only had minor injuries compared to my daughter and they all lived. This car needs to be recalled and the seatbelts need to be fixed before someone else dies. ## VIN passed ## Toyota Scion Tc 2007 ##

I hit a police car that was parked on the fast lane on the interstate and never even applied the brake. I was doing between 65 to 75 mph. No airbags deployed! the impact... well the front apron on the driver side is gone, the strut tower is gone (I don't mean bent.... gone), the lower part of the a pillar is pushed in pretty bad, it buckled the floor pan, the door jam (rocker panel) buckled, the door bowed and even buckled the rear quarter. The door latch held up, the door had to be removed by the fire department. I keep my seat back pretty far, however my face hit the steering wheel hard enough to bend the top of the steering wheel and chin broke some of the plastic parts off the wheel and now missing part of my lip and have quite a few stitches in my face. And of course it knocked me out. I have lots of bruising from the seat belt around my waist, but none from the shoulder strap. The shoulder retractor didn't lock to keep me from hitting the wheel. The Scion seat belts in the front have "pre-tensioner with force limiters" in them, neither worked. I called Toyota, the claim rep stated that unless both airbag sensors take direct and equal impacts or the airbags will not go off. He stated that Toyota wouldn't even look at the car for the airbags. Updated 12/08/10 updated 12/13/10 updated 12/30/10 updated IVOQ 01/07/11

The instrument panel around the clock burned out for no reason. The car is not put together well everything sounds as if the frame will separate from the car. The car has a problem with the cooling system, if is really loud an shakes the car really bad. The ABS in the car responds prematurely which it is really loud. The seat belts in the car does not retract properly cause damage to the seat hook in the car and it premature tights while sitting at a light so you have to unbuckle an re-buckle often in the car. The engine fan timing is off as if it does not know what to do and it is extremely loud.
