2011 Scion TC,

I bought the car used from Auto Show Case of Belair. I noticed the shifter kicking out of gear with the clutch to the floor sometimes, turns out a hydrolic issue was the problem.

When the clutch went out the pedal got stuck half way down and blew out the clutch while driving. The problem started to happen again, newark toyota world in Delaware refuses to replace the hydrolics in the car and specifically told me "the car has to be non drive able with a bad transmission to replace it" because the issue is with the Master cylinder, which is in a really hard place to get to (bottom of firewall) and warranty is a lot of paperwork, and they don't really make profit off of it. Needless to say, I dumped $2k on a warranty nobody will honor so I am now spending $80 and a weeks worth of time to replace a master cylinder on side time without a car to drive throughout the week.
