Superb S 1.9L Tdi

I am a taxi driver.The trip reset is essential for my work.9 times the car has been back to get repaired.On Monday 6th july went for another try .They called to ask,to keep it overnight.Tuesday they called," its not good our software isnt talking yours.The keys are not recognized and the engine has immobilized itself !!!." Wednesday they didnt bother to call.
