I was told that the car reacts as if in neutral sometimes. Example, when in drive the car does not go when the gas pedal is pushed. Restarting the car and putting in reverse then drive will get the car moving. last monday, this caused an accident in traffic. There was stop and go traffic and attempting to move up the car engine revved but did not move. It suddenly engaged and hit the car in front. No injuries, but the airbag inflated. My daughter was totally shaken up. Known damages so far are to the front panel and a fuel leak. Any other similar events out there?
