Subaru does such a fine job in describing how to access the cabin filter that my wife in her zeal to change it broke the plastic catch. So what's the problem, just buy a new catch right? Well that would be great if the catch wasn't a part of the main dashboard housing.

So far as I remember I got everything stuffed back into place and haven't touched it since. I can only imagine what the filter looks like.
