My horn stopped working out of nowhere. I checked the fuse, and the relay and both were fine. I checked the wires and there was no disconnect or fraying there. I suspected it was the clock spring and confirmed this by being able to get the horn to work when turning the wheel 90 degrees to the right and left. I had never even heard of a clock spring until I had this problem so you know it is not something that breaks often.
