Just had the Recall WUE-90 done on my car on 1/14/2020. Today, 1/22/2020, the check engine and vdc light went on and the Cruise Control light also. Can't turn the VDC and the Cruise control lights off. Took the car to my local mechanic to check my car and everything seems good. Reset the engine light to monitor the car. This never happened to my car, until I had the Recall WUE-90 done.
