Outback 2.5L

My horn stopped working around 30k miles. I thought it was a fuse and figured I would fix it whenever. I waited too long. After I was out of warranty, I looked at the fuse. It looked fine. When I was in for service at the dealer I asked them to have a look. Diagnosis cost $150. They told me a roll connector had failed in the horn. They had to pull apart the steering column to fix it. $700 plus the diagnostic cost.
