Outback 2.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 84,000 miles

A friend was with me as a passenger. When we returned from our destination, the passenger seat belt clasp/lock would no longer engage. Have tried everything to get it to receive the clasp again. Nope. It is broken. I have to warn all passengers, you are not safe riding in that seat. Do so at your own risk. In 43 years of driving, nothing like that has ever gone wrong with a car. The failures on this car continue to multiply, little and big things.
