My Android phone paired perfectly when I bought the car in 2015 and worked very well for hands free calling and having my texts read to me by the car. I got an iPhone in Oct 2018 and it also paired easily and worked well. Until about 2 months later when it no longer will pair with the car. I have updated the OS on the phone, so I do not believe it has anything to do with the phone.
