Outback Outback Turbo

  • Automatic transmission
  • 17,416 miles

After having the car since 2016, and this being the 4 time our car has not started... Well, normally it's if the car hasn't started in 3-5 days, the Subaru Service department act like they don't see anything wrong. I have left it there for 7 days and the service rep, says there is nothing wrong come pick up your car. The first year we had it Subaru corporate office "reimbursed us" after we had to buy a new battery at NTB. But, we have had no positive feedback from our dealership and the next step is that I am writing corporate and the Service manager at the Frederick MD office, Ashley King, to let her know her employee Jim needs to have a class in customer service! They stink there... Even when I went to pick up the car today, the lady who checked me out (no cost of course), didn't apologize or say anything, just got my car and handed me the keys! They know darn well there is an issue and they will not fix it. Are they waiting for the warranty to run out??????

Outback Touring 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

I purchased a CPO (certified pre-owned ... supposedly a 39 point inspection is performed) 2017 outback touring 3.6 engine in 5/2020, and the battery which was dated 2/2020 and died on me 4 times within 9 months of purchasing it! And one of the times it had been running for over 30 minutes straight. I shut the car off for less than 10 min & it would not restart!! 😡

I have never let this car sit outside overnight ever!!! I finally had to purchase a new battery.

THATS JUST OUTRIGHT ABSURDITY!!!! Not even an extended warranty covers a battery replacement (which I do have).

Now, since I’ve replaced the battery my windows are not working correctly!!!!! UUGGGGGGHHHH🤬

Now I have to take the car in to be looked at for that!!!!!

No one EVER wants to take responsibility for anything anymore..... but the customer continues to have to pay higher prices!!!!!!!
