Outback Limited 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 180 miles

I bought a brand new 2018 outback on 2/18 with 32 miles on it. I picked it up from the dealer on 2/19. Two days later I had to have it towed to a dealer because the car would not start. The tow truck driver that came had no idea how to put it in neutral to get it on his truck (it was pouring down freezing rain!). I had to call the service dept. to find out where to locate the hole to unlock it and put it in neutral. The dealer said the antenna to the push button start needed replacing.
