Hissing sound like pressure loss from gas refill point and limited ability to use gas pumps due to back pressure that shuts down the pump nozzle. Vehicle was stationary at mobile, speedway and irving stations. None responded to putting fuel in the tank without numerous back pressure shutdowns at the pump.
