4Runner Trd Off Road Premium V6

I bought my vehicle used about a 1 year & 3 months ago with about 8k on it - now about 23k. Twice now in a 6-8 month time frame all 4 of my 12V port outlets have just stopped working. Each time I take it to the dealer and each time it's just a fuse. I realize it's something simple but I think there maybe an underlying issue or even a wiring issue which is why I don't just change the fuse myself and take to the dealer for proper documentation. I am not told they have no notes on the first time I took it in for the issue. I've have many vehicles and this is my 3rd Toyota SUV so I have some knowledge of what is normal.
