Avalon Limited 3.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 35,800 miles

I started noticing excess road noise in my 2014 Toyota Avalon Limited at about 18,000 miles. I complained to the Toyota Dealership that I was experiencing loud road noise during my 25,000 mile service. They said they didn't see any obvious problems, but recommended 4 wheel alignment, which I did as well as rotating the tire. This did not solve the problem, in fact the noise got louder. Last week, I went on a 1500 mile road trip and the noise was headache inducing by the time I returned. I took my car in on 07 Jul 2016 and was told that my tires had dangerous wear and all four needed to be replaced. The car had 35,000 miles. How can I go from no problem to dangerous wear in 10,000 miles? I refused to let Toyota replace my tires since they are the ones that installed those horrible Bridgestone tires in the first place. Currently looking for the best price for some new tires.
