The contact owns a 2019 Toyota C-HR. The contact stated that the driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side headlights were dim and failed to provide adequate illumination while driving at night. The headlights failed to operate intermittently. The contact replaced the headlight bulbs however, the failure recurred. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The failure mileage was 58,000. Consumer stated there was 2 more failures.
