cover over front passenger airbag is separating from dash
The cover of the front passenger air bag is separating from the dashboard. I'm concerned about it for several reasons: 1) does it make it less safe? Will the airbag either fail to respond to a collision, or respond too strongly because it doesn't have the same amount of strength in the material restraining it? 2) does it make my car suddenly unable to be sold, at any price? 3) how expensive is this to fix? Wouldn't I have to replace the entire dash?
