HI I AM WRITING TO INFORM ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING A TOYOTA! One day when I was outside I noticed a small spot of rust on my trunk lid. FIRST OF ALL I THINK THERE IS NO REASON FOR THIS BECAUSE I RUSTPROOF MY CAR EVERY YEAR! I took my car to the dealer and they painted it for me. A few months later it came back in the same spot. they repainted it for me again (supposedly with a bit more paint). The following winter it came back in the same spot (this time they repainted my whole trunk lid). I would have expected a lot better from a company that has such a good reputation like Toyota. PEOPLE SAY THAT THE QUALITY OF THE BODIES OF THE JAPANESE CARS HAVE GREATLY IMPROVED SINCE THE 1970's, I THINK NOT. My next car will be a Volkswagen Jetta.
