I went to get my tires rotated and was told that the bolts that go on the rim of the tire, I guess the rim tire covers I'm not mechanical smart. were changing and that they were worn out. I was told they should last a life time.

I was also told that the tires could come off my car and that it will become unsafe to drive. I don 't know what to do??
