Need to have my car fixed asap car every morning when turn on for the first time blue smog comes out thru the exhaust fixing it comes out to $1,800

At times the exhaust would smoke when I started the car. Eventually it started smoking some while driving. I had it repaired and about 6 months later it started again when I would start the car. I always thought Toyota's were good cars because I had an Celica in 1978, got it for graduation never had a problem with it. I passed it on to my son when he turned 16 which was in 1993. When we sold it, it was still running. Now I have no confidence in Toyota's this car has given me nothing but headaches.
