The contact owns a 2004 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that the rear passenger seat belt failed and would not release from the retainer clip. The dealer advised that the seat belt clip assembly failed and would need to be replaced to correct the failure. The manufacturer advised that the contacts warranty was expired and would not assist with repairs. The seat belts was not repaired. The failure mileage was 85,000 and the current mileage was 95,000.
