problem #1

Feb 172010

Corolla ES V4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,790 miles

The car is only 2 years old, The problem of the vehicle will reverse, but will not go forward intermittently from a stop. We brought into the dealership car repair to diagnose the problem. They assumed that the problem was the transmission may have beeen "drained"??? They removed and replaced transmission and charged us a total of $4602.97. This was too much to spend for a brand new car. I have multiple cars including Sienna 1999 and we never experienced a problem such as this one. We feel like it's a part of the defect of the car since it was bought. We are not satisfied with the car dealer's statement.
