Automatic Lock on Passenger Side Front Door of a [2009 Toyota Corolla Sport V6]
This vehicle was purchased in the 4th week December 2010 as a used vehicle/ previously leased vehicle
The Consumer's automatic lock on the passenger front door quit working. When I used my electronic key fob to unlock my vehicle doors, all the doors EXCEPT my front passenger door unlocked. Normally you "press unlock once" to only open the driver front door and then "press unlock twice" to open all doors. No matter how many times I press unlock this door will not open electronically, I have to manually unlock it. I will be contacting my mechanic to inspect the door, locking system and electrical. Consumer will also be contacting Big Two Toyota in Arizona.
Parts: all OEM parts. There are NO aftermarket parts that have been installed.

The electric door lock actuator mechanism failed. I ordered the brand new part and replaced it myself. It's been less than a year and the new mechanism has already failed.
