I have been sent two different recalls on my cars airbags. I had one repaired. I do not know how to tell what repairs were were not done. They-??ve all been marked as being done yet. Four years later less than four years later my airbag warning light is on. I-??m concerned that supposedly the sensor was a rotating and warmer climate and then it was that it would propel shop objects and now I don-??t have a recall, but I-??ve had a light on, and of course, now other Toyotas of the same group that mine is usually in Corolla Tacoma on and on, I-??m having a similar problem with the light being on and I-??m very concerned that one are both of those airbags are not properly working. I-??ve tried to explain to Toyota that I need to be able to identify and have problems fixed that are due to their manufacturing issues. my mats were never fixed by Toyota. I had to fix them myself. Having this repair investigated is going to cost me a lot of money and what I-??m gonna find out. I bet is that other colors were recalled for it. What-??s the likelihood that my car still has airbag issues, especially where all the recalls are marked is done and I know that I only had took it in once to have it fixed and that was for the sensor and I don-??t even know how the parts the flying parts play into this. I hope you can find out if Ty should be expanding this recall, or if they-??re just getting nailed with the recent ones Because there-??s not enough 2009 Corolla on the road anymore to justify a recall.

2009 Corolla le - incident on Ohio turnpike on 9/27/20. 3 lane highway. Driver in the middle lane saw a deer ahead in the right lane moving towards median. Driver swerved to the left to avoid hitting the deer and, in a process, hit the median concrete barrier. Vehicle smashed full force into concrete barrier, bounced off, spun and ended on the right side on the right shoulder. Vehicle completely destroyed. It was a high speed full force impact with median to evade hitting deer, vehicle totaled/ not reparable. None of the air bags got deployed and they should.the entire front, including cracked windshield with glass particles falling onto the dashboard and the drivers hands holding steering wheel. Major damage on the drivers side as well as on the back corner of the vehicle @ the drivers's side. Driver got worse injuries than he would if bags.deployed as they were supposed to. Driver had the glass dust particles and bits from the shattered windshield all over him and embedded in his hands..please investigate. I want to prevent someone elsewhere from getting injured due to this issue. I am sure this is not the only 2009 Corolla with this issue. It is a shame for the Toyota brand to allow the main safety feature (and the important selling point for their brand) to malfunction. Thank you

There was a recall on the passenger side airbag of my vehicle which Toyota fixed. While the technician was fixing my passenger side airbag they discovered that my driver side airbag had been deactivated. I contacted Toyota about the problem after reading about a recall which electrical connections to a spiral cable assembly can be damaged when the steering wheel is turned. Which could lead to the driver's airbag to being deactivated, and failing to deploy in a crash. I was told they would not fix the problem.

I have a Toyota Corolla 2009S it was part of the original takata airbag recall that original remedy was completed in 2017. Since that day I have taken the vehicle back to the dealership multiple times and concerns with a foul odor coming from the glove compartment. I have been contacted by the dealership via email saying that I need to bring it back in the airbags are being recalled that were used to replace the original recall. Once I get to the dealership they say my VIN number has not hit in hsta's website so I'll just have to wait which could be up to a year. They have indicated multiple times that my vehicle is going to be recalled it's just a matter of time in the meantime I'm left to drive a car that is a public safety for myself and others knowing that the air bag to deploy at anytime. He informed me the vehicles in Florida recalls will be repaired first due to the heat and then they'll move their way up to zombie in the meantime I am without a vehicle and it's too dangerous for myself and others to drive they failed to work with me.

I was involved in a rollover crash and not a single airbag deployed. I honestly think it's a defect from all the issues that Toyota has had with airbags. I was ran off the road going around a curve and I hit a ditch and my car flipped end over end. The front of my car was severely damaged, I was going about 50mph, every air bag should have deployed.

Takata recall - I have contacted 2 different dealers in my area to complete this recall, one in January 2018 and one in February 2018. Both dealers said it would take 3 days for the part to come in. When I followed up with them over a week later, they said they still has not received the part. I have never heard back from either dealer and it's now May 2018. We've received several notices regarding this recall for over a year, but can't seem to get anyone to actually fix it.
