Figured you can't go wrong with a Toyota product! Boy what a fool I was. Paint is chipping off hood, top of car, doors, under fender. And also rusting, if I could I would take this car back. I'm so disappointed they gave cheap paint job to such a good running car!

excessive rusting

major rust on trunk and roof

We bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla in February 2010 for my daughter to drive back and forth to a local college. It currently has 27,500 miles on it. The roof and trunk of her car started pitting last summer, and now it's close to rusting through. This is ridiculous. It was washed regularly, waxed once a year. It was parked between my husband's older Dodge Ram truck and my son's older VW Jetta, and there are no problems with their paint. There are no trees that drop sap on the car, and bird droppings are cleaned off immediately. We now have to pay thousands to fix this, when it's obviously a flaw with the paint. The dealership says it's environmental, and that's false.
