problem #1

Corolla Sport 4 cyl

I bought my 2011 Toyota SE new, Toyota of Louisville's lot in 2011. From the time I took it home I noticed the brakes go thump, thump, thump, very quickly and methodically when applied quickly. The brakes have grinded, screeched, moaned, groaned to the point of it being embarrassing. I called Toyota shortly after I purchased the car and they said all the Toyota Corollas do that. This being my first purchase of a Toyota, I believed them.

At 20,000 miles, I could take it no more. I had the brakes replaced with the best you can buy. (supposedly). From the time I had it done, the problem continued. I took it to two different dealers to check the workmanship of the brake job I had done. Both said they are perfect. Well, they obviously don't drive it. It is down right embarrassing. People look at me like I have two heads. It sounds like I am in desperate need of a brake job when I am assured I am not. Never in my life have I had this happen to any of my American made cars. I will not be purchasing another foreign car.
