Noticed rattle noise around steering wheel. Service adviser contacted Toyota Corp and was advised to replace entire steering wheel column. The rattle noise is gone but now my steering is not the same. I have to over rotate the wheels to make a right or left hand turn. It makes a rubbing noise every time I turn the steering wheel while I'm parked or driving at low speeds 5-10 mph. The steering wheel does not return back to center as normal. Service adviser and technician drove the vehicle and said it drives fine and can think of nothing else to do.
