purchase a 2013 car from toyota in lewisville tx. after about two weeks later the front end of bumper start falling apart. went to toyota dealership about five times to get problem fixed and still have same problem. they made the problem worse. moved to mississippi and went to another toyota company with a sheet of paper that the manager of toyota in lewisville wrote stating he will have the front bumper replaced. took it to toyota in greenville mississippi and he the body shop owner said the problem was pins not holding the front bumper up so they replaced it on july 22, 2014 and sent the bill to lewisville tx toyota. an hour after leaving the repair shop problem started again - front bumper came loose on both sides. body shop owner stated the car was previously in an accident and was not told to us by dealership when purchased. this is a defective car and cannot be fixed. we have a car payment of $485.00 a month for four years on this defective car. if bumper comes off while driving it could cause body damage to the driver and passenger.
